Lodging At Bear Trap Ranch

For 3 nights and 4 days you’ll stay at Bear Trap Ranch, located 9100 feet in the mountains outside of Colorado Springs, Colorado. Bear Trap Ranch is an old dude ranch that now welcomes guest groups throughout the year. Learn more here.

Meals Prepared From Scratch

You’ve probably heard people describe places as having the best meals on the planet, but we’re not kidding when we say this about Bear Trap Ranch. Trust us, you won’t go hungry while you’re in the mountains with us.

A Road Trip Beer Glass

We are big on connection and camaraderie at Road Trip. The beer glasses we give to you are a symbol of that connection. It may sound strange now, but you’ll discover how true this is during our morning and evening conversations.

  • Yes, it sure is. While most participants are currently parents, we welcome anyone who has just become a parent, or is expecting to be a parent in the near future. The stuff we talk about is good for any man to discuss.

  • Absolutely! Just point him to this page to register.

  • 100% YES!

  • We do not provide access to WiFi while up in the mountains. Road Trip is a time to disconnect and connect and reconnect with other dads, distraction free. We do provide an emergency phone number you can give to your family back home

  • Yep, it sure is. We just ask that you provide is with the best email address for communication.

  • After you register, we will send you a special form for allergies and housing requests.

  • Yes, you sure can. After you register, we will send you a form to request a roommate and list special requests (food allergies, C-PAP machine, etc).

  • Road Trip is fully refundable until 11:59pm PST on June 30th. After that, Road Trip is non-refundable but is fully transferrable. *NOTE- We cannot transfer a canceled registration to a future Road Trip year.
